Generate recent business opportunities and develop recent customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Take customer orders and ensure they are entered correctly.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Collect payments as per the approved credit terms.
Coordinate with the office, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing.
Resolve customer complaints and provide quick support.
Monitor competitor activities, prices, and current products in the market.
Submit daily reports of visits, orders, collections, and market feedback.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company policies while meeting customers.
