Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Store Sales Executive is For Kutchina products like Chimney,Water purifiers,Hobs, responsible for assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, and delivering an excellent shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products and explain product features and benefits.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising as per company guidelines.
Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
