About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and confident Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable making regular follow-up calls to ensure timely collections.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake payment reminder and follow-up calls to customers.
Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.
Maintain records of customer conversations and payment commitments.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding outstanding dues.
Resolve basic customer payment-related queries.
Send payment reminders through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
Escalate overdue payment cases to the concerned department.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.




Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience0–2 years of experience in payment follow-up, collections, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
