About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between our office and field agents located across India. The role involves work allocation, follow-ups, data tracking, and daily reporting to management. This is a high-accountability role suited for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, and quick with Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate and distribute daily work/cases to agents located across different states (PAN India)
Take regular follow-ups with agents to track status and ensure timely closure of assigned work
Update and maintain company MIS and client-specific trackers accurately and on a daily basis
Prepare and share daily/weekly dashboards and status reports with management
Coordinate with clients over phone/WhatsApp/email for status updates and basic clarifications
Flag delays, discrepancies, or pending items to management proactively
Maintain data hygiene — no missed entries, correct formulas, version control of files
Support in month-end/weekly MIS reporting and ad-hoc data requests
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data sorting/filtering — mandatory)
Confident telephonic communication — comfortable speaking with agents and clients daily
Basic written English — should be able to read and write simple emails/updates (fluent spoken English not required, Hindi/Hinglish communication is fine)
Valuable follow-up discipline and ownership of pending tasks
Ability to multitask and manage data for multiple states/agents simultaneously
Basic understanding of MS Word/Email/WhatsApp Business tools
