Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain financial products, loan eligibility, interest rates, and application procedures.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Collect and verify customer information and required documents.
Update customer interactions in CRM or Excel on a daily basis.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
