Key Responsibilities

1.Data Entry & Documentation
Accurately input data related to stock inward, outward, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch, and returns into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software.
Maintain records of inventory levels, shipments, and order details.
Update logs for cycle counts, stock adjustments, and audits.

2.Inventory Management
Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

3.Order Processing
Verify and record picklists, dispatch orders, and transporter details.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders and delivery notes.

4.Reporting & Analysis
Generate MIS reports, including stock aging, SKU movements, and performance metrics.
Provide data insights to warehouse managers for operational improvements.

5.Compliance & Coordination
Ensure adherence to SOPs and organizational data management protocols.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transporters, and clients for data accuracy and issue resolution.
