Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.
Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and project coordination.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Assist in material selection, furniture layouts, and finishing details.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and timelines.
Resolve site-related issues and provide practical design solutions.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and techniques.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Positive knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
Solid understanding of interior materials, construction details, and site execution.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
