Job Summary:We are looking for a agile and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients in person, and drive sales growth. The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, possess robust communication skills, and have a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to generate leads and close sales.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Submit daily reports on field activities and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales/marketing.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
