Job Description:We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives to join our sales team in Murlipura, Jaipur. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products or services and answer customer questions
Generate sales leads and convert them into customers
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Follow up with interested leads and ensure excellent customer service
Key Skills Required:Positive communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of computers and phone handling
Confidence, convincing power, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
