Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Solid knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning solutions.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various business applications.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
