Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
Generate bills and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain the sales counter and ensure products are displayed neatly.
Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about low inventory.
Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain daily sales records and prepare basic reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Ensure cleanliness and qualified appearance of the showroom and counter area.
Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service at all times.
QualificationAny Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
