The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers.
Key Responsibilities :
To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

Prospect to be promoted to next designation, on 100% completion of the Goal sheet at the end of 6 to 12 months.
Prospect to progress to the position of Branch Manager, at the end of 12 months.
