We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Male Nursing Coordinator to lead nursing operations and ensure seamless healthcare service delivery in Patiala.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day home healthcare nursing operations.

Schedule and deploy nursing staff for patient home visits.

Monitor the quality of patient care and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, company policies, and SOPs.

Conduct patient assessments and coordinate appropriate care plans.

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, patients, and families to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, nursing updates, and visit reports.

Address patient concerns and resolve service-related escalations in a timely and skilled manner.





Monitor staff attendance, performance, and operational compliance.

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of nursing professionals as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidates are also eligible to apply).

Experience: 3–5 years in nursing coordination, hospital operations, or home healthcare.

Gender: Male.

Strong understanding of nursing practices and patient care standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel within Patiala for operational duties and patient visits.

Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and reporting.
