Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide partners with sales training, marketing support, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure channel success.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals.
Monitor sales practices to maintain ethical business conduct.
Qualifications :
2+ Years Field sales experience
Graduation in any field
Local candidate required
Must be ok with field sales and team recruitment profile
