Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via phone and explain our web development and digital marketing services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales consultations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
