ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes as per Belloso's recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Follow food safety and storage guidelines.
Assist in prep work, stock management, and inventory control.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order execution.




Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years experience in a continental kitchen is preferred.
Freshers with basic culinary knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and breakfast dishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and valuable communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
