Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
Monitor and control project expenses, staying within budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in project leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana.
