Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical evaluation and in office inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Assess fair market value, distress value, and realizable value of collateral properties.
Verify property measurements, approvals, construction quality, and regulatory compliance.
Identify technical risks such as deviations, encroachments, and unauthorized construction.
Prepare detailed valuation and technical reports within defined TAT.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Sales teams for case processing and clarifications.
Manage and monitor empaneled valuers (if applicable).
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.
Support audits and maintain proper documentation records.
