Role & responsibilities
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate bills and issue receipts to customers.
Ensure accurate cash collection and maintain daily cash records.
Open and close the cash counter as per company procedures.
Assist customers with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Report any cash discrepancies or system issues to the Store Manager immediately.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
03 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or Retail Store Cashier.
Basic knowledge of billing software,



POS systems, MS Excel, and computer operations.
Valuable numerical ability and attention to detail.
Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during festivals.
Experience in a sweets shop, bakery, supermarket, or retail store will be an added advantage.
