Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.
Create and process delivery documents, invoices, and goods movements in SAP.
Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock updates in SAP.
Prepare Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Transfer Orders as required.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for smooth order execution.
Track vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain logistics documentation, including LR copies, e-way bills, invoices, and PODs.
Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve logistics-related issues by coordinating with internal departments and transport partners.




Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports using SAP and MS Excel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics SOPs.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD modules preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
Valuable understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
