Forge shop equipment. - Press, Hammer. 2000T hydraulic Open Die Casting forging Press lines
Post forging Equipments- Shot blasting machine, surface crack detection.
Heat treatment shop-Hardening, Normalizing, tempering furnaces.
Die shop machines
Compressor house.
Pump room.
Utility vehicles- Hydra crane, forklift.
EOT crane
Hydraulics & Pneumatics
Mechanical & Hydraulic presses, Pneumatic Hammers & upsetters
Fanuc Robots
Gantry material handling systems
Overhead conveyors
Box, Rotary & Roller hearth furnaces- oil & gas fired. Induction billet & plate heaters
Carbide circular saws
Magnetic crack detection machines
Utilities- EOT Cranes, Air Compressors & Cooling towers
SPMs
All types of shot blasting & shot peening machines-Wheelabrator,DISA, Rosler & Precicut (highest blasting capacity at one location in India)
Conventional M/C shop & CNC machines
Spray & dip painting
Modernized conventional 2000T & 3000T hydraulic forging press lines to robotic lines
Automation of conventional LCV & HCV crankshafts, axel beams & con rod processing lines as part of lean manufacturing.

Breakdown Maintenance :-




Analysis of break-down trend and feed-back to maintenance member for break-down reduction.
Verification of break-down analysis and counter-measure taken.
Timely feed-back and technical support to solve critical break-downs, repeated break-downs
Co-ordination with external agency to attend break-downs on special machines.

Skills & knowledge :-
Process knowledge.
Knowledge of assembly/disassembly, all maintenance activities.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC.
Statistical and analytical skills for problem solving.
Diagnostic skills.
Leadership and team building.
Training skill.
