PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and understand product requirements and specifications.
Develop cutting-edge, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions for home textile products at myTrident.
Collaborate with the Design and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and product positioning.
Identify and source appropriate packaging materials and vendors, both domestic and international.
Work closely with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with specifications.
Ensure packaging meets all applicable safety and health regulations.
Conduct packaging tests to evaluate durability, aesthetics, and functionality during handling and shipping.
Monitor and manage packaging inventory, costs, and supply timelines.




Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and sustainable packaging technologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and retailer-specific packaging requirements.
Support packaging artwork development and approval processes.
