Role Overview
Stratsol SoftwareSystems is lookingfor a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our domestic market expansion . The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in IT staffing and recruitment sales , with a robust ability to generate leads, build client relationships , and contribute to revenuegrowth .
This role requiresa proactive individual who can identifynew business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and position Stratsol as a preferred IT staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a strongunderstanding of Stratsol’s IT staffing services andalign offerings with client requirements through market research and customer insights.
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling,



emailcampaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals .
Build and maintain a robust databaseof prospects and clients.
Establish and nurturelong-term relationships with key decision-makers across organizations.
Leverage existing networks, including C-suite and D-suiteconnections , to generate qualified leads and expand business prospects .
Manage and maintaina healthy sales pipeline , ensuring continuous engagement with prospects.
Collaborate with internal sales and deliveryteams to drive conversions and ensure smooth handoffs.
Identify and pursuenew opportunities withinthe Staff Augmentation and IT Staffing domain.
Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and business communications.
