We are looking for a Lead Customer Lending Solutions to drive lending operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution across the customer lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and coach a team of lending professionals to achieve business and operational objectives.
Oversee end-to-end lending operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support and guide the team in managing complex lending applications and customer queries.
Review and approve lending decisions within delegated authority, ensuring accuracy and adherence to credit policies.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with risk management, audit, and regulatory standards.

Key Decisions
Implement operational initiatives to improve business excellence.




Support initiatives that strengthen customer experience, lending compliance, and enterprise control environments.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in lending processes and credit assessment.
Strong leadership and people management experience.
Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Sound understanding of risk, compliance, and operational controls.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

Experience Required
Demonstrated experience in lending within the financial services industry.
Experience reviewing and approving lending applications.
Robust understanding of policy interpretation, verification requirements, and lending compliance.
