Job Summary

The incumbent, as the overall head of the business, shall be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the Companys existing infrastructure and business lines, identifying and developing recent opportunities, and formulating and executing strategies aimed at positioning the Company as a leader in its sector. The responsibilities shall extend across research and development, business development, marketing, branding, sales, administration, and organizational structuring, with the objective of ensuring the sustained growth and long-term success of the Company.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee commercial-scale fermentation operations, microbiology laboratories, production, quality, and administration.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive operational excellence, sustainable growth, and profitability.
Identify, evaluate, and commercialize current biotechnology, microbiology, and biological products through research and innovation.
Manage upstream and downstream fermentation processes, ensuring optimum productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical leadership in industrial microbiology, fermentation technology, biological inputs, and product development.




Drive product development initiatives by collaborating with R&D; teams, research institutions, universities, and industry experts.
Lead sales, marketing, branding, dealer development, institutional sales, and business expansion initiatives for biological products.
Monitor production performance, process efficiency, budgets, profitability, and key operational KPIs while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, statutory, environmental, quality, and safety regulations applicable to biotechnology manufacturing.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, certification agencies, government bodies, research organizations, and strategic partners.
Recruit, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams to build a high-performance organization focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Present business performance reports, strategic recommendations, investment plans, and growth opportunities to the Board of Directors.
Identify export prospects and support international business development, registrations, and commercialization of biotechnology products.
