Role & responsibilities :

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS & Data Analytics Executive to support recruitment operations through accurate reporting, insightful analytics, dashboard creation, and process automation. The individual will be responsible for maintaining recruitment data, generating business reports, analyzing recruiter performance, client metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MIS reports.
Publish recruiter productivity reports.
Generate client-wise performance dashboards.
Maintain position tracker and hiring pipeline reports.
Track submission, interview, offer, joining and billing metrics.
Maintain recruitment funnel reports.
Prepare leadership dashboards for management review.
Ensure 100% data accuracy across all reports.

Preferred candidate profile





Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA is an added advantage.

2 to 6 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Recruitment Operations.

Experience in Any Industry with data preparation and data management is required.

Open to work from Office (6 Days a week from Vadodara Office)
