We are looking for experienced CNC VMC Setter operator to join our Lighting division at RR Kabel Company., Located at Bommasandra Bangalore

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1.Machine Setup & Operation: Safely set up and operate CNC (turning/lathe) and VMC (milling) machines. Install fixtures, align raw materials, and set precise tool offsets

2.Programming & Editing: Write, edit, and optimize CNC & VMC programs using standard G & M codes

3.Quality Assurance: Interpret complex technical drawings. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily preventative maintenance on machinery. Troubleshoot tooling or dimensional issues and correct machine parameters as necessary

5.Production Records: Maintain logs of production levels, machine downtime, and defect reports.

Required SkillS

1.Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with controller systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens), tool life management,



and Technical drawing reading.

2.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Work Workplace

1.Often requiring flexible hours, shifts, or overtime to meet production deadlines.

2.Strict adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter), Diploma (Mechanical), or relevant vocational certification.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC operations, depending on whether the role is Operator, Setter, or Programmer.
