Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to develop B2B business networks, generate orders, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be willing to travel for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand B2B networks across assigned territories.
Visit dealers, distributors, and retail customers to generate business opportunities.
Handle order booking, follow-ups, and payment collection activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new market prospects and generate sales leads.




Maintain customer databases and sales records in a proper format.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

Experience in Field Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Strong B2B Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Valuable negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to travel and meet customers regularly.
Knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
