Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support for Windows servers, filer systems, and print services settings.
Manage printer installation and print service configurations across enterprise systems.
Handle filer access management, data storage support, and data movement activities.
Support data consolidation and migration to contemporary storage technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file servers, print servers, GPO, OS, and network connectivity.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
Monitor and maintain file and print service performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Drive process improvements and operational optimization for file and print services.
Maintain support documentation and follow ITSM processes.
Support escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Skills Required:
Strong experience in file and print services administration.
Positive knowledge of GPO, Windows servers, and printer installation tools.
Experience with filer systems and enterprise print environments.
Understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting concepts.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM processes is an added advantage.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to work in collaborative and support-driven environments.
Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in any branch.
