Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell mobile phones/accessories at assigned retail outlets.
Explain product specifications, features, offers, and benefits to customers.
Demonstrate mobile devices and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain product display, branding, and store visibility standards.
Build robust relationships with store staff and customers.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Share sales reports and customer feedback with the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in Mobile Sales / Retail / Electronics Sales / Brand Promotion preferred.
Positive communication, selling, and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology.
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
