Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our growing team. You'll ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement while maintaining compliance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing
Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
Prepare and generate salary slips and pay statements

Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC,



Skilled Tax, TDS, and other payroll laws
Prepare and file payroll tax reports and payments
Calculate, payment, and reconcile payroll tax and group tax
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and labor laws

Records & Reporting
Maintain and update employee payroll records and MIS/HRIS data
Prepare monthly attendance statements and reconcile leave records
Generate payroll reports for management review
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger wages journals

Employee Support & Coordination

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for data accuracy

Liaise with HR staff on appointments, terminations, and remuneration matters

Ensure receipt of supporting documents for Full & Final Settlement
