Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business opportunities and achieve sales targets for solar cell products.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, distributors, and key customers.
Promote and sell solar cell products by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable technical solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the solar industry.
Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits to generate business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
Support customers with product selection, technical specifications, and after-sales coordination.

Desired Qualifications & Experience




At least 4 years of experience in the Solar Cell Manufacturing industry.
Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience.
Proven experience in B2B sales of solar cells or photovoltaic products.
Experience in handling key accounts, channel partners, and institutional customers.
Exposure to domestic and/or international markets will be an added advantage.
Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related Engineering disciplines preferred)
