Core Requirements
Experience: 10 to 15 years in data engineering with previous team management.
Technical Skills:
Robust development background in contemporary data stacks on-prem and cloud : AWS / Azure. Expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark.
Sound understanding of DB Design, Data Modelling, Data Management and Governance, Building semantic models.
Frameworks: Solid knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum, and project tracking tools like Jira.
Soft Skills: Great communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
