Dealer & Channel Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with two-wheeler dealers, and sub dealers.
Operations, Process & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, operational processes, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
Maintain documentation quality, TAT, and customer service standards.
