Role & responsibilities
Prepare plumbing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings.
Develop water supply, drainage, rainwater, and sanitary layouts as per project requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
Prepare sleeve, shaft, and service coordination drawings.
Modify drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
Support quantity take-off and BOQ preparation when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Draftsmanship.
Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing or MEP drafting.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
