Monitor the Time & Action (T&A;) calendar and ensure timely production.
Follow up on fabric, trims, sampling, and production status.
Coordinate with Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Track order progress and resolve production-related issues.
Ensure on-time shipment while maintaining quality standards.
