Salary
Chat Process: Up to 30,000 per month
Voice Process: Up to 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice or Chat support.
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy.
Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to process guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM/ticketing tools.
Meet defined KPIs including Quality, CSAT, AHT, Productivity, and Attendance.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (Voice or Chat Process).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive typing speed and computer proficiency (mandatory for Chat Process).
Robust customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
