A techno-commercial role combining domestic sales execution with end-to-end export management, including documentation, compliance, and international business coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with customers (domestic & international)
Handle order lifecycle including SO creation, execution, and dispatch coordination
Ensure timely issuance and tracking of Sales Orders
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning
Follow up on receivables and customer payments
Achieve sales targets with optimal margins
Act as a key interface between customers, logistics, finance, and production teams
Engage with international customers and partners for smooth execution and relationship building Drive export sales growth by identifying current markets, customers, and channels
Support international business development through market inputs and customer engagement
Manage end-to-end export cycle from order finalization to shipment closure
Handle pre-shipment documentation: Invoice,



Packing List, LC draft review, BL instructions, COO, etc.
Oversee post-shipment activities: document negotiation, bank submission, discrepancy resolution Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, and international trade regulations
Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery & documentation closure
Manage LC terms, payment security, and documentation accuracy
Monitor and claim export incentives (RoDTEP, Drawback, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech / MBA from a reputable institute
6 - 8 years of experience in Sales & Exports (steel/metals preferred)
Hands-on experience in export documentation, LC handling, and international trade processes
Understanding of shipping terms (INCOTERMS), export compliance, and banking procedures
Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PPT skills
