Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and restore equipment to operation.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Repair gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
Carry out machine alignment, leveling, and precision maintenance.
Prepare and update maintenance records and reports.
Support machine installation and commissioning.
Prepare and modify machine drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, TPM, and 5S standards.

Required Skills
Breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
AutoCAD knowledge (2D/3D preferred).
Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
Welding and fabrication knowledge.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose electrical and control system failures.
Read and modify PLC programs for fault rectification.
Maintain electrical panels, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, relays, and servo systems.
Attend machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with production for machine availability.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment history records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices.
Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.

Required Skills
Solid PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Electrical maintenance of industrial machinery.
Knowledge of VFDs, HMIs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
TPM and Preventive Maintenance.
MS Office and maintenance documentation.
