The Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in selecting designer apparel and accessories, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with styling and fashion advice.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits and accessories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Conduct client follow-ups for recent arrivals, alterations, appointments, and special occasions.
Ensure excellent product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, designers, and current fashion trends.
Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
Coordinate with the alteration team to ensure timely delivery of garments.
Handle billing, customer queries, exchanges, and feedback professionally.
Maintain stock displays and assist in inventory management.
Follow company SOPs,
grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
Support store events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Fashion-related qualification preferred).
13 years of experience in luxury retail, designer wear, or fashion sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for fashion may also apply.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and customer service orientation.
Positive sense of fashion, styling, and current trends.
Confident personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
Preferred Experience
Experience in designer boutiques, luxury fashion brands, premium retail stores, or bridal wear is an added advantage.
