Summary:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Project Sales Executive to drive the growth of our construction chemicals portfolio across the Sambalpur region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting construction projects, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from sales to delivery. Your expertise in technical selling and project-based market dynamics will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with builders, contractors, architects, and engineers while contributing to high-impact construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Drive project sales of construction chemicals within the assigned territory
Identify, track, and convert ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Develop and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and site engineers
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site demonstrations
Coordinate with internal technical and supply teams to ensure timely project execution
Ensure timely order closure, project delivery,



and payment collections
Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence
Achieve assigned sales targets and project conversion goals
Maintain accurate project pipeline reports and update CRM systems regularly

Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction chemicals, tile adhesives, waterproofing,flooring,epoxy, grouts.
Proven understanding of project sales cycles and site-based selling methodologies
Robust network with builders, contractors, and project decision-makers in Sambalpur
Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the territory
Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
