Role & responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for aftermarket products and services across the assigned territory/region.
Generate business from the installed base through:
Spare Parts Sales
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA)
Repair & Refurbishment Services
Retrofits and Upgrades
Field Services and Overhauls
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers, plant maintenance teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify service prospects by regularly visiting customer sites and understanding equipment performance and maintenance requirements.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal proposal and engineering teams.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to successfully close service orders.
Ensure timely collection of advance payments and support receivable collections.
Coordinate with service, engineering, supply chain, and project teams for seamless execution of customer orders.
Support customers with lifecycle solutions that improve turbine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, chance tracking, and forecasting through SFDC/CRM.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions, seminars, and other business development initiatives.
Analyze the installed base and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling service offerings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
610 years of experience in aftermarket/service sales of industrial rotating equipment.
Experience in Steam Turbines, Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment, Compressors, Pumps, or similar industrial equipment
