Delinquency Control: Track bucket-wise collection trends, minimize overdue accounts, and optimize cash flow.
Team & Branch Leadership: Coordinate with field staff and branch managers across assigned territory locations.
Process Compliance: Follow strict bank regulations and legal guidelines during customer interaction and recovery.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: Several years in microfinance, banking, or NBFC collection operations.
