Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows/Flows.
Build and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools.
Support application development, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
Positive understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes, sandboxes, and change sets.
Basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce reporting.
