We are looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in manual testing and a keen interest in automation testing. This role involves testing web and mobile applications, writing test cases, and automating test scenarios to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and security.
Write detailed test cases, test plans, and test reports.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python/Java.
Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure software quality.
Conduct regression, functional, integration,
and performance testing.
Work on API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
Gain expertise in CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in testing.
Must-Have Skills :
Robust knowledge of manual testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Lifecycle).
Experience with writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Basic understanding of Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured.
Positive understanding of database testing (SQL queries, basic DB validations).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
