Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through bancassurance channels.
Manage and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including Axis Bank and its branches.
Identify new business prospects and expand existing partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or banking.
Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its trends.
