Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
Prepare and Implement project specific HSE Plan, including work permit, protected confined entry, blasting Painting, hot work and cleaning procedure
Prepare and conduct the HITRA/HIRA for Tank isolation, sludge cleaning, blasting Painting, hot work, scaffolding and commissioning of the Tank
Manage and guide other HSE Engineers assigned to the project
Conduct employee orientation and safety training programs.
Overall responsibility for site safety.
Ensure and maintain the safety compliances with Refinery HSE management system and international standards(e.g. OSHA, ISO 45001 etc.)
Establish and promote Zero Harm vision.




Arrangement and Hire the required safety supervisor, equipment, and materials.
Do the weekly safety audit and safety awareness program. Also prepare weekly and monthly HSE report.
Daily Tool box talk, safety awareness speech
Inspect tools and equipment, ensuring workers follow proper usage and PPE guidelines.
