Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and personnel supervision.
Develop and implement current testing methods and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
Ensure accurate documentation of all test results, records, and reports.
