Required experience 5+ years working on lending, credit, or underwriting systems
Direct experience with at least one of:
Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Credit decisioning platforms
Risk / underwriting tooling
Document-heavy financial workflows
Solid understanding of:
borrowers, guarantors, collateral, entities
credit policies and exceptions
verification workflows (KYC, KYB, doc review, matching)
Technical skills
Robust data modeling skills (relational + graph concepts)
Comfortable reasoning about:
schemas
versioning
auditability
deterministic vs probabilistic systems
Able to read and contribute to backend code (we don t need you to ship everything, but you must be technical)
Experience working with JSON-based configs, rules engines, or DSLs is a big plus
