Job Description – Admission Counsellor (MBBS)
Position: Admission Counsellor (MBBS)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 15,000 – 50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Work Mode: Work from Office (No Work from Home)
- Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and documentation requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
Assist students throughout the admission process until enrolment.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Requirements
1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education consulting, or academic sales.
Positive knowledge of MBBS admissions in India and/or abroad.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Preferred Skills
Experience in MBBS admission consulting.
Knowledge of NEET counselling and medical admission processes.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
